We also retain Customer Information for certain period after You cease to be a customer or user of any of our products and/or Services if the Customer Information is required for the Purposes for which the Customer Information is collected or to comply with legal requirements.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Disputes may be referred to Arbitration at the choice of PRH only, which shall then be governed as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
